Sergeant Joe Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department arrested a Michigan City man at the Marshall County Probation Department on Monday, November 15th

36-year-old Erik Perschke was taken into custody about 5:45 p.m. for an active warrant out of Porter County.  He was also charged with Driving While Suspended with a prior suspension and held in the Marshall County Jail with NO BOND.
