Officer Finn from the Plymouth Police Department arrested two individuals from Elkhart County on Thursday, November 11th for Possession of Methamphetamine. 

About 6:30 Plymouth Police were dispatched to 2201 North Oak Drive, Wendy’s in response to two unwanted guests.

Officers located the male suspect, 33-year-old Robert Davis Jr. of Goshen and Marshall County Deputy Bennet and his K9 partner, Diesel, were requested to assist. K9 Diesel alerted to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle and Davis Jr. was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Public Intoxication.

Officer Beatty located the female suspect, 44-year-old Diane Sheppard of Elkhart inside Walmart. After further investigation, Sheppard was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia and Theft.

Davis Jr. and Sheppard were transported to the Marshall County Jail.  Mr. Davis was booked in for Possession of Meth and Public Intoxication by drugs and held on a $1,500 cash bond.  Ms. Sheppard was arrested for Theft and Possession of Meth and also held on a $1,500 cash bond.  Both are scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court III on December 21st
