On Monday, November 8th, just after 9 a.m. Plymouth Police Officers were called to the 600 block of Ferndale Street for a male causing issues at a residence.

The male left the residence in a silver Ford Ranger which was located in the driveway of 127 North Kingston Road.

Officer Krynock had a conversation with 59-year-old Michael Dickson at that residence.  That conversation led to an OWI investigation during which Dickson physically resisted police.

Michael Dickson was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
