Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Sunday, November 7th about 6:15 in the evening at Michigan Street and Hoham Drive.
The driver 58-year-old Jonathan Kanema of South Bend was arrested for OWI Endangerment and Resisting Law Enforcement. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond and given an initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II on December 21st.
