November 15th is America Recycles Day, so the Recycle Depot is hosting a November used shoe collection in partnership with the Indiana non-profit Changing Footprints! This organization collects shoes of all types, sizes, and conditions to supply needy Indiana families.
Old running or walking shoes will be recycled with Nike Grind. This is a great way to get rid of those worn-out Nikes, Sauconys, or Skechers.
Turn in your shoes to the Recycle Depot during our regular business hours through Tuesday, November 16th. If you have a lot of shoes to donate, please place your shoes (10 pairs a-piece) in tall kitchen garbage bags for collection.
