Plymouth Police were dispatched to 322 East Washington Street about 10:45 Friday night, October 29th for a domestic battery that had occurred. 

After an investigation by Officer Finn, 27-year-old Michael Yoder of the Washington Street address was arrested for Domestic Battery and Strangulation.

Yoder was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Strangulation and Domestic Battery and held on a $1,500 cash bond.  His bond was paid at 3 a.m. on Sunday, October 31st and he was released with an initial hearing schedule in Marshall Superior Court III on November 16th
