Last weekend’s rainy weather caused a lot of issues on the roadways in Marshall County. The County Highway Department continues to work on repairs and monitoring road conditions. With more rain forecast the next couple of days drivers could see additional county roads added to today’s list.
Here is an updated list from the Marshall County Highway Department of roads that remain closed due to damage or still have high water issues:
- 7th & Jarrah
- 7th & King
- 4th & Grape
- 5th & Hawthorn
- 5th & Gumwood
- Gumwood-5B to 6th
- Hickory-7B to 7th
- Cedar-6th to 7th
- 8th-Hickory to Grape
- 8th & Iris
- 8A & Hawthorn
- 1A east of Oak
The County Highway Department will continue to make improvements on 20th road east of Elm today. They will be spraying 20th road around 11 am so please plan for an alternate route.
