Jayson Lee Gross, 29 of Plymouth is a registered sex offender classified as a sexually violent predator with a lifetime requirement to register as a sex offender.
Marshall County Police received a complaint in regard to a violation of his requirements to register.
Upon investigating, evidence was located to support the complaint showing that Jayson Gross was in violation of his requirements.
He was located at the Red Rock Inn where he is registered as living and taken into custody for the crime of Failure to register as a sex offender, level 6 felony, with a cash bond set at $1500.
