On Tuesday, October 26th at approximately 3 PM Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the report to a male subject in the parking lot of the Economy Inn that was causing issues and threatening people.
Arriving on the scene Officer Arnold witnessed Peter James Deegan, 44 of Plymouth battering a male subject.
Mr. Deegan was arrested for battery, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication and held on a $500 cash bond.
