The Marshall County Commissioners will meet in Executive Session on Monday, October 4th at 11 a.m. pursuant to Indiana Code. The Executive Session will be held in the Marshall County Commissioner’s Room at 112 West Jefferson Street.
The purpose of the Executive Session is to receive and discuss strategy with respect to pending litigation in accordance with Indiana Code.
