The Marshall County Sheriff`s Department obtained a complaint of Child Solicitation and Vicarious Sexual Gratification, involving a child about a month ago.
The Marshall County Sheriff`s Department investigated the incident and a case report concerning the details were submitted to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
The Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office filed formal charges and obtained an arrest warrant for Joas Dean Schmucker, age 31, of Bremen. Schumcker was arrested on Wednesday, September 29th near Warsaw for Child Solicitations as a Class D Felony and Vicarious Sexual Gratification as a Class C Felony. His cash bond has been set at $25,000.
