A Plymouth man was arrested on Saturday for Domestic Battery after Plymouth Police were dispatched to the LaPorte Street address.

33-year-old Rustand Radkiewicz of 710 LaPorte Street was arrested Saturday night, September 25th about 11:15 after Marshall County Central Dispatch sent officers to the LaPorte Street address for a domestic fight. 

Corporal Richey arrived at the residence and after further investigation at the scene arrested Radkiewicz for Domestic Battery.  He was then transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $500 cash bond.  His bond was paid about 12:45 Monday morning and Radkiewicz was released with an initial hearing of October 19th in Marshall Superior Court II.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
