Wednesday morning, September 22nd, at 3:30, Plymouth Police Officers responded to the Economy Inn for the report of a male walking around screaming.

Officers arrived on scene and made contact with Larry Baltes, 48, with a Bremen address who was intoxicated. Officers gave Larry a warning and informed him he needed to remain in his room for the remainder of the night.

Approximately 15 minutes later officers again responded to the Economy Inn for the same male walking around screaming again.

Larry Baltes was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Public intoxication and Disorderly conduct and held on a $250 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
