Plymouth Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the Walmart parking lot during a child custody exchange on Sunday, September 12th about 4:40 in the afternoon.
After an investigation, including a review of a video capturing the incident, 40-year-old Amanda Acevedo of Knox was arrested for Domestic Battery. She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond and given an October 12th initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.
