Plymouth Police were dispatched to Dora Lane on Wednesday, September 8th about 1:30 in the afternoon for a female screaming in the area.
Officer John Weir arrived at the Carriage Green Apartments and could hear the female screaming in apartment 1350. The officer made contact with the female and began an investigation. Following his investigation 22-year-old Dalton Hoffer of the Dora Lane address was arrested for Domestic Battery in the presence of a child and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
