Sergeant Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department located 21-year-old Jacob M. Smith of Plymouth Saturday evening, September 4th about 6:30 at Randolph Street and Plymouth Goshen Trail. Smith was taken into custody on an active warrant out of Marshall County.
