Plymouth Police arrested a local man Thursday for Operating While Intoxicated and Never Receiving a License. 

About 11:30 Thursday night Officer Arnold conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on North Michigan Street at East Monroe Street.

 The driver of the vehicle was identified as Jorge Carcamo, 58 of North Michigan Street.   After an investigation Mr. Carcamo was arrested for Operating a vehicle While Never Licensed and OWI.  He was held in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
