On Monday evening, August 30th, at 10:18 Marshall County Central Dispatch received a 911 call in the area of U.S. 30 and Lincoln Highway of a two-vehicle accident-unknown injuries.

When officers arrived on scene they found Autumn Waldrop of Plymouth, who had been complaining of pain from the accident and was transported to Plymouth Hospital.

Officers also located Aaron Isbell, 25, of North Manchester to be the other involved driver. During the investigation Aaron Isbell was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Isbell was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked and lodged for Operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated .15% or higher, OWI-Refusal, OWI-Prior within seven years, and OWI-Endangerment.

Aaron Isbell was given a court date for Tuesday September 14th in Marshall County Superior Court III and a bond of $1505.

The Marshall County Sheriff`s Department was assisted by Plymouth Fire and Lyons Towing.
