On Wednesday, August 25, at approximately 12:00 P.M Marshall County Police stopped a vehicle on US 30 just east of US 31. The driver, 42-year-old Brandy Ray of Plymouth showed signs of impairment while driving. The vehicle was also reported to Marshall County Central Dispatch by as a possible impaired driver.

Deputy Tempelman conducted an investigation and deputies located suspected marijuana inside the vehicle.

Ray was transported to the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Possession of Marijuana.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
