A traffic stop Sunday, August 22nd about 10:30 at night ended with an Elkhart man being arrested.
Officer Arnold conducted the traffic stop at North Michigan and West Jackson Street. The driver, 21-year-old Alijawon Shorter III was arrested for OWI endangerment with a BAC of .15 or greater. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond and given a September 7th initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court III.
