Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the Red Rock Inn on Friday, August 6th about 7:30 p.m. for a female there with an active felony warrant.
Officer Finn located the female, 40-year-old Monica Risner of Knox and took her into custody.
Monica Risner-Napier was transported to the Marshall County Jail while she awaited extradition to Fulton County.
