On Friday July 30th, at 1:11 a.m, the Marshall County Dispatch Center received a call from a subject stating that there was an unwanted guest who entered the residence on 20C Road north of State Road 110.
County officers arrived in the 8,000 block of 20C Road and located two males visibly upset and injured.
After further investigation by Officer Mikel, 57-year-old Stephen Hensley of Argos was transported to Marshall County jail and booked in for domestic battery.
