52-year-old Fred L. Coleman Jr. of Plymouth was arrested Tuesday morning about 1:20 for Operating While Intoxicated. 

Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper conducted a traffic stop at 3rd and Adams Street and found Coleman to be intoxicated.  He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond and issued an initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II on August 24th
