Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to a crash at the intersection of Jefferson and Michigan Streets about 3 p.m. on Friday, July 30th.
One of the vehicles involved in the crash fled the scene but was later located.
The driver of that vehicle was identified as Katherine Elizondo-Paz, 25, of Plymouth. She arrested for Operating a vehicle While Never Licensed and Failure to Stop after a Crash and held on a $250 cash bond in the Marshall County Jail.
Her bond was paid about 6 p.m. that evening and Elizondo-Paz was released with an August 31st initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.
