About 9:30 Wednesday evening, July 28th Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to a single vehicle crash in Centennial Park.
A truck driven by 64-year-old Randall Spoor of Plymouth had struck a decorative boulder in the park.
Spoor was arrested for OWI endangerment with a BAC of .15 or greater.
