Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the Economy Inn on Thursday, July 29th just after 6 p.m. for a domestic battery that had just occurred.
After conducting an investigation, 35-year-old Kirk Barnett of Plymouth was arrested for Domestic Battery in the Presence of Minors.
Barnett was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
