MugShot_christy martin 4-12-21A Plymouth woman was arrested Monday afternoon for driving after being adjudged a Habitual Traffic Violator.

Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Klinger and Michigan Streets about 3:30 Monday afternoon, April 12th.

The vehicle was driven by 36-year-old Christy J. Martin of Plymouth.

After a brief investigation, Martin was arrested for being a Habitual Traffic Violator and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  She was held on a $1,500 cash bond.  Martin’s bond was paid about 7:30 Monday evening and she was released with a June 1st initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.

 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
