mug_jerry mcmahan 4-2021On Wednesday, April 7th at 1:44 A.M. Deputy Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to the 5000 block of Queen Road for a male asleep in a vehicle on the side of the roadway.

As Deputy Wozniak arrived to the location he located 46 year old Jerry McMahan of Walkerton, asleep in the backseat of the car with the car still being in the roadway.

McMahan was under the influence of alcohol and was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the charge of Public Intoxication with bond set at $255.

He was released later that day after posting bond and was giver a Marshall County Superior II court date of May 11th .
