Marshall County Museum_front viewThe Marshall County Museum welcomed visitors back inside the facility on Tuesday.

Linda Rippy, Executive Director of the museum told Marshall County Commissioners they are excited to have visitors again although there will be some changes due to COVID-19.

Rippy told the commissioner most of the employees will be wearing masks and they are going to request visitors wear a mask.  The museum will also ask visitors to social distance and use hand sanitizer. She also noted that all but one employee has been vaccinated.

Visitors will notice some changes such as the train room and the children’s area.   They will have capacity limits so social distance can be maintained to keep everyone safe.

The Marshall County Museum in downtown Plymouth is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

You can find out more about the museum during Wednesday’s What’s Your Opinion Show on WTCA beginning at 9 a.m. The gals from the museum will be in for their monthly show, Looking Back Moving Forward and will be discussing the activities happening at the Marshall County Museum.
