The Indiana Department of Transportation announces lane closures for U.S. 31 between State Road 4 and U.S. 6 beginning Monday, April 5.
Lane closures will be in place through mid-June, 2021 for bridge deck overlay projects and repairs to approach slabs. During phase one, the right driving lane and shoulder will be closed in each direction.
The left passing lane and shoulder will be closed during phase two.

INDOT urges drivers to stay alert near crews and follow traffic directions carefully. Drivers are encouraged to allow extra time when driving through this area. Drivers should slow down, use extra caution and drive distraction-free through all work zones.
