Marshall County REMC logoMarshall County Rural Electric Membership Corporation will hold its 81st Annual Meeting on Tuesday, April 6 at the Plymouth Wesleyan Church south parking lot. Registration and voting will take place via a drive-thru, from 4 to 7 p.m. All members will stay in their cars and stop at two stations.

A $10.00 cash attendance award will be given to each member that attends (one per member account). In addition, members attending are qualified for (20) $50 and (5) $150 REMC bill credits and a chance to win the grand prize drawing, a $500 REMC bill credit.

The prerecorded business meeting will be available the day of the annual meeting and may be viewed on the Marshall County REMC YouTube page, accessible from a link on the website, www.marshallremc.com.

The REMC is governed by a Board of Directors that are elected by the members at the Annual Meeting. The directors are responsible for representing the membership in major decisions that face the cooperative on a yearly basis.

Members attending the drive-thru meeting will receive a ballot for the election of four members to the Board of Directors. This year’s candidates include Brian Blosser, Dr. Richard Leeper, Steve Ringer, Robin Roberts, Steve Roberts and Ryan Sieber.

Members should bring their Annual Meeting ticket, found on the backside of the Indiana Connection magazine.
