Mug_Whte, BrianOn Sunday, March 28th at 2:08 A.M. Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a red 1995 Chevrolet pickup truck in the area of 9A Road and Richter Road in Plymouth.

During the traffic stop the driver identified as 43 year old Brian A. Wright of Plymouth was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Wright was also found to be driving on a suspended driver`s license and had an active warrant through Elkhart County.

Mr. Wright was taken to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth for a certified blood test that showed him to be over the legal limit of alcohol.

He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the charges of Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with Endangerment, Driving While Suspended with a Prior. Bond set for charges was set at $1,505. Wright was held with no bond for the active Elkhart County warrant.
