Plymouth Street Superintendent Jim Marquardt presented the 2021 Sidewalk project list for the city’s ADA Transitional Plan. This year’s plan has an estimated price tag of $33,000.
Working on the city’s ADA Transition Plan, Marquardt is working on priority level 3D and 3E projects this year. The list includes:
216, 217, 222, 223, 306, and 310 South Walnut;
217, 219 and 223 Lewis Street.
209 Lake Avenue on Walnut Street side
407 and 423 Pierce Street
321 and 323 South Walnut Street
401 Pierce Street
604 Rex Street
400, 312, 310, 308, 304, and 302 North Liberty Street
Marquardt said there are two areas on North Michigan Street to fill in and finish up. That involves 1012, 1016, 1111, 1117, and 1121.
The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety approved the list. Marquardt said they will start with this list and see how work goes through the summer.
