On Sunday, December 20th at 8:48 P.M. Corporal DeLee with the Plymouth Police Department responded to a Domestic Disturbance in the 1400 block of West Madison Street.
Arriving to the location and conducting a brief investigation 48 year old James Graves Jr. of Plymouth was taken into custody.
Graves was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the charge of Domestic Battery with bond set at $1,505.
