City Hall 10-10-19The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings on Monday, November 23rd beginning at 6 p.m. with the Board of Public Works and Safety.

Board members will hear department reports and the city attorney will conduct a discussion of the COVID Response Plans.  Board members will approve the claims and accept various communications.

The Common Council meeting begins at 6:30. Their agenda is a busy one with a Public Hearing on the Tax Abatement request of AK Industries followed by the acceptance of a resolution confirming the real estate to be within an Economic Revitalization Area.  Members will be asked to support a memorandum of understanding with the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation for the next manufacturing center to be located at the corner of Jim Neu and Pioneer Drive and grant agreements with the Rees Theatre.

The City Council will consider multiple resolutions for transfer of appropriations in various city funds and they will continue the discussion of a proposed ordinance to prohibit parking in front yards.

The city meetings are held in the second floor council chambers of city hall.  Participants should enter through the Garro Street and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor.  A mask is mandatory along with social distancing.
