This month the Plymouth Park Board approved the request of the Marshall County Boys & Girls Club to conduct a fundraiser in Centennial Park on October 3rd.
With the concerns of social distancing for COVID-19 the Plymouth Boys & Girls Club is moving away from their annual Heroes on the Hardwood Basketball fundraiser to a outdoor event with a friendly game of baseball between police officers and firefighters.
Andrew Fitzpatrick, CEO asked for free use of Nixon field for the fundraiser and use of the concession stand too help them raise additional funds to support the mission of the Club.
The Plymouth Park Board unanimously approved the request.
