The Town of Culver has renewed their trash service contract with Republic Services and would like to remind the Town of Culver residents of a few do’s and don’ts when it comes to trash pickup.
Do:
• Remember trash is removed each Monday and recycling removed every other Monday (the schedule is attached for your reference)
• Have your trash and/or recycling tote at the curb by 5 a.m. Monday morning
• Place totes no further than 3 feet away from the road with the handle facing toward residence
• Position tote 3 fee away from any obstacles such as a mailbox or other container
• Place all trash inside the tote
• Remove totes within 24 hours of collection
Don’t:
• Park your car in front of the container
• Place trash around the tote for pickup unless you have purchased a trash sticker (they are available for $1.50 at Town Hall) for each bag
