On Wednesday, June 24th, at 12:42 AM, Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Wozniak initiated a traffic stop in the area of County Road 550 N and US 31 in Fulton County on a brown 2003 Buick passenger car for a traffic offense of Excessive Speed. The offense occurred in Marshall County. During the course of the traffic stop Deputy Wozniak located Marijuana, Marijuana Paraphernalia, Alcohol and LSD. The driver identified as 19 year old, Daniel C. Stone of South Bend was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
