Community Foundation logo 6-30-17Industry leaders in Marshall County stepped up to aid those affected by COVID-19 and the effects of the shelter-in-place requirements. MCEDC appreciates everyone’s generosity in this time of need.

MCEDC joined Marshall County Crossroads, Marshall County Community Foundation and United Way of Marshall County in this fund-raising effort. Many families were affected by the shelter in place orders as much of the county shut down and employers were forced to lay-off or furlough much of the workforce. Recognizing a need for assistance with food, utilities, and housing, MCEDC assisted Marshall County Crossroads in the campaign called Fund the Essentials with a goal to raise $400,000.
