arrestsOn Friday, June 19th at approximately 7:30 P.M. Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputy Bennett conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of US 31 and Veterans Parkway. The driver identified as 37 year old, Nicholas Williamson of Warsaw. During the traffic stop suspected heroin and marijuana were located. Williamson was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on charges of Possession of Cocaine or a Narcotic Drug, Driving While Suspended with a Prior, and Possession of Marijuana with bond set at $1,505.
