Battery to police officerOn Wednesday, June 17th at 3:53 P.M. Sergeant Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department responded to River Park Square in reference to an intoxicated male harassing people. Upon arriving 46 year old, Larry Baltes of Bremen was located and found to be intoxicated. While trying to take Baltes into custody he assaulted an officer. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on charges of Public Intoxication and Battery to Law Enforcement.
