arrested_handcuffsOn Thursday, June 11th at 8:30 P.M. Plymouth Police responded to Centennial Park in reference to 45 year old, Larry Baltes of Bremen who was reported to being intoxicated and yelling at citizens in the skate park. Baltes was located and given a warning.
Later that night at 9:50 P.M. Officer Arnold responded to a second call in reference to Mr. Baltes being intoxicated in the park and causing a disturbance. Baltes was located walking into the North Gate Trailer Park where he fled on foot but was shortly taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Baltes was held on charges of Resisting Law Enforcement, Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
