On Monday, May 4th at 5:24 P.M. Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of West Madison Street and North Plum Street.
During the course of the traffic stop the driver identified as 36 year old Brian L. Napierkowski of Plymouth was found to be in Possession of Methamphetamine, Driving While Suspended with a Prior, Operator Never Licensed and False & Fictitious Registration with No Financial Responsibility. Napierkowski was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
