Drug ArrestsOn Friday, March 20th at 11:20 P.M. Deputy Bennett with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop in the 12,000 Block of US 31.

The driver identified as 18 year old Dylan L. Coffman of Bremen along with the passenger 21 year old, Kristen S. Fisher of Bremen. During the Course of the investigation of the traffic stop suspected cocaine was located.

Mr. Coffman was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was transported to St. Joseph Regional for a certified test. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail on charges of Possession of or a Narcotic, Operating a vehicle while Intoxicated-Endangering a Person and Operating a vehicle while Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance.

Fisher was held on a charge of Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug with bond set at $1505.

Mr. Coffman was released on No Judicial Review while Kristen Fisher was released the same day after posting bond.
