arrested_handcuffsOn Friday, March 20th Deputy Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop in the area of US 31 and 11th road. During the course of the traffic stop the driver identified as 37 year old; Tristan M. Nenna of Logansport was wanted on three active felony warrants through Marshall County.

Mr. Nenna was taken into custody on Possession of a Syringe, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Paraphernalia charges along with his three active warrants. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail he was held on no bond for his active warrants and $1,505 bond for his new charges.
