Local News 2017Members of the Plymouth Economic Development Commission will meet Monday evening, February 24th at 5:30 in the Council Chambers of City Hall. Member of the commission are Jenny Sickmiller, Robert Listenberger and John Yadon.

A public hearing will be held on the Economic Development Revenue Bonds for the Centennial Crossing residential development project.

The residential development that will sit on the north side of Plymouth Goshen Trail at the intersection with Randolph Street is in TIF District #6. The resolution calls for TIF revenues generated from property tax proceeds from the project be allocated to pay debt service on bonds issued to finance certain cost such as water, storm water, wastewater lines, streets, curbs and sidewalks, lighting and electrical and roadway excavation and development.

The meeting is open to the public.
