A 41 year old Plymouth Man was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on Sunday evening after leaving the scene of an accident.
Plymouth Police were dispatched to 1013 North Michigan Street about 9:45 for an accident where the driver, 41 year old Gregory A. Brown left the scene before police arrived. Brown was eventually located and arrested for Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Criminal Recklessness booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond. His cash bond was posted just after 1 a.m. and he was released with a March 17th court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
