MugShot_bryan cecrle 2-14-20On Friday, February 14th, at approximately 7:30 in the evening, a Marshall County Deputy was dispatched to the area of 5th Road and Underwood Road for a single vehicle rollover accident.

During the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, 50 year old Bryan K. Cecrle of Walkerton was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to the Plymouth Hospital and a certified blood draw was completed.

Mr. Cecrle was found to be over the legal limit of alcohol and booked into the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering.  He was held on a $1,500 cash bond until 4 a.m. on February 15th when he was released on bond with a court date of February 25th in Marshall Superior Court II.
