On Saturday morning, February 15th the Marshall County 911 Center received a call in reference to a vehicle crash in the 8000 block of US 6 near Jarrah Road. The caller told dispatch that the crash was a single vehicle into a utility pole.
Arriving on the scene about 10:30 Office Rans determined that alcohol was a factor in the crash. After further investigation 24 year old Trevor D. Roth of Plymouth was
arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated – .15% or higher. He was transported o the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond and issued a Superior II court date of February 25.
