owi-arrestOn Friday, January 31st at approximately 2:00 A.M. Marshall County Sheriff’s Officer Bennett initiated a traffic stop in the area of Kroger’s. The driver of the vehicle identified as 30 year old, Bryant C. Rue of Plymouth. During the course of the traffic stop Rue was found to be under the influence of alcohol was transported to St. Joseph Regional Hospital for a certified test which showed Rue to be over the legal limit of alcohol.

MugShot_bryant rue 2-2-20Bryant Rue was transported to the Marshall County Jail on charges of Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person. He was held on a $1,505 bond.
